AIMI scores what a fund shows the world, because that is what can be verified in public. Most of what a fund actually does is not public, so the published score is a floor, not a diagnosis. The assessment closes that gap privately: the full program, scored on the evidence behind your walls, with the roadmap the ranking cannot give you.

The pre-edition briefing
Before each edition, a private briefing on your fund’s current reading and what the next edition re-scores. No fee, no NDA, no commitment. This is where most funds start.

The assessment
The full engagement: your AI program reviewed under NDA on non-public evidence, scored against the AIMI framework, mapped against the peer set, and returned as a written assessment with the gaps in priority order and what closing each one takes. Delivered with a working session with your team. From $40,000, set before work begins.

The board workshop
The findings in front of the board or the executive committee: where the fund stands, what the peer set is doing, and the decisions that move the program. From $15,000 per day, usually one.

Standing advisory
For funds executing the roadmap: quarterly re-reads against the framework, edition-cycle support, and a standing line to the research. From $8,000 per month.

The assessment sells the roadmap, never the score. Public AIMI readings move only on verifiable public evidence, a fund with a paid engagement is disclosed on the ranking page, and no engagement changes a reading in either direction. If a better score is the purchase, we are not for hire.
